On Tuesday April 26, 2016, over 35 people came to a “Death Café” hosted by the Granby Free Public Library, Granby, MA. Refreshments were served and we gathered in small groups at different tables to talk about death. The conversations were lively, heart-felt, and thought-provoking. Virginia Snopek invited me to facilitate this Death Café, and I really enjoyed the process. Two other board members from FCAWM assisted: Cecile Richard and Joanna Brown.
SO many people wanted to come that we had added a 2nd Death Café TONIGHT April 27, 6:00pm.
